 As like every year Staff Selection commission of India has recently released the notification for Multitasking. Multitasking staff (Non-technical) examination is the Group C level non ministerial post recruitment test conducted by Staff Selection Commission of India to work in various central government departments, ministries and Offices. The pay structure for the post of Multitasking Staff Non Technical is Rs 5200- 20200/- + grade pay 1800(according to 6th pay commission) Or Level 1 pay of pay matrix of 7 pay commission report  i.e. approximate salary for this post will be around 18000/- and other allowances as applicable. The minimum required qualification to apply for Multi task staff Exam is Matriculation or 10th standard passed from any recognised Board.

The last date of online application for Multi tasking exam is 30 January 2017. The online test will be conducted tentatively in April & May 2017. SSC Multitasking staff Non-technical Exam 2016 Complete  Pattern

 This examination contains two papers. Where the mark obtained in the first paper is used to make final merit list. And second paper is only qualifying in nature.  Let’s have more details.

Paper types:

Paper 1: It is objective type paper of 150 questions. The time allocated to complete this paper is 2 hour. 40 minute extra will be given to Visually Handicapped candidates.  Every question in the paper carried 1 marks  thus total mark allocated in this paper is 150 marks. There will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer. There are four sections in this paper. The questions in this paper will be written in both Hindi and English Language.   • General Intelligence & Reasoning: This section contains 25 questions thus mark allocated is 25 marks in this section.
  • Numerical Aptitude: This Section also contains 25 questions and thus mark allocated in this section is 25 marks.
  • General English: This Section contains 50 questions and thus marks allocated in this section are 50 marks.
  • General Awareness: This section also contains 50 questions and thus carries 50 marks.
Note:  i. there is no sectional cut off for each section. The overall marks obtained in all the section will be considered for cut off clearance and merit list preparation.

         ii. There is negative marking for each wrong answer. The value of negative marking is 0.25 i.e. for each four wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted from total mark that you obtain.

Paper 2: Paper 2 is descriptive type paper. Mark obtained in this paper will not be added in making final merit list. That is we can say that this is just a qualifying type of paper. The total marks allocated in this paper are 50 marks and time to complete this paper is Half hour. Candidate can choose any (Recognised) language to write this paper. The following are the indicative topics required to prepare  for Staff selection commission multitasking exam. The topics that are require to prepared  are given in this article paper wise and section wise below. Let’s have a look on details.

Paper 1: As mention earlier paper 1 is objective type paper of 150 marks which is introduced in the Examination in order to test the basic knowledge of any candidate in different field. A question asked in this paper is matriculate level question and thus any candidate with average knowledge can easily solve this paper. General Awareness Syllabus for SSC MTS Exam: General Awareness question  include all of the general section of around us. Basic information’s of entire general fields around us, like polity, economics, environment etc. Questions are prepared from current happening, their effects in our society.  Topics that are included in this section are as follows:

Paper 2 is introduced to test the basic writing skill of any candidates. The paper will contain one question to write short essay or Letter writing. Total mark is 50 & 30 minute time will be given. Candidate can choose any language (Indian 8 scheduled languages -22 languages are there) to write this paper
